Teff Porridge

Teff Porridge – Easily one of my favorite grains to use when it comes to making breakfast. TEFF! A very hearty meal, which is easy on the digestive system. Feel free to jazz it up with your favorite fruits!


  • 1/2 cup Teff grain
  • 1 1/2 cup spring water
  • 1/4 cup Agave
  • 1/4 cup Walnut Milk
  • Fruits of choice


  1. Bring spring water to a boil (add pinch of sea salt)
  2. Add Teff grain to boiling water. Stir, then cover lid to allow grain to cook on low heat for 15 mins (Stir halfway through cook time to ensure smooth consistency)
  3. Add agave, Brazil nut butter, and Walnut Milk at the end of cook time
  4. Add your fruits of choice
