- 1/2 cup tahini (or roasted tahini)
- 4 tbsp spring water (add additional tbsp for desired consistency)
- 1 juiced key lime (or seeded lime)
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- Pinch of Cayenne
- 1/2 tsp Agave (optional)
- Mix ingredients in a bowl or processor for 20 seconds until get desired creamy texture.
- Add to salad and toss until coated evenly
*Store left over dressing in glass mason jar for up to 1 week.
