Fasting Journey – Ended on Day 6

Peace,

Decided to end my Fasting Journey on June 24th. With no Young Thai Coconuts, two bottles of spring water remaining,  and very little herbs left. I found it in my best interest to call it quits. Pushing through, I have only experienced one bowel movement on the 4th day. After that, I did receive an additional boost of energy. Not many bowel movements, but I didn’t expect much since I have only been eating one meal throughout the day prior to the journey.

Keep it simple

For break – fast (play on words), I kept it raw for a few days after. Dealing with mangos, plums, cherries, and papayas in their whole form. As the days went by, I began to blend them together into smoothies. I highly recommend you so the same if you are coming off a Fast that exceeded a minimum of 3 days. Oil pull challenge completed

Today completes the 21 Day Oil Pull challenge if you have been following along. If you haven’t, I encourage you to you to give it a shot as it has plenty of oral benefits. It has almost become second-hand nature, doing this each morning for my day to day routine. For the first week of the challenge, I used unrefined Sesame seed oil. For the remainder two weeks, I used Unrefined Coconut Oil.

Here’s a BEFORE and AFTER side by side picture of my oil pulling journey. I tried my best to get a clear shot and due to flash the picture may promote a bias lean towards the AFTER picture. To be honest, both fairly looked the same. I can tell my teeth have gotten whiter, but I can’t say that it’s strictly due to the oil pulling. Young Thai Coconut bowls…Hmm

While Fasting, I was running through a case of  young coconuts, dumping the water, straining into a mason jar and cutting out the meat. Usually, I would toss the outer shell into the garbage bin after scooping out the meat. This time around, and from here on out, I want to put the shells to use.

Many have used mature coconuts, sanding and polishing them to create unique looking bowls. I have never seen this process done with Young Thai Coconuts. I never shaved a young thai coconut down entirely, so it lead me to wonder if it’s even possible.  Read More

Fasting Journey – Day 3

June 21st, 2017 – Day 3

This will be my last day reporting on my Fast Journey, unless I decide to end it, or experience any drastic changes as I continue on. Today was a good start. I was able to sleep consistently through the night. The original goal was to Fast for a minimum of 3 days, and with today being the 3rd, I am on target for success. I must admit, being in the household with two females who LOVE to talk can be mentally draining at times, but I’m managing well. My personality type has been front center on stage now, and I have become well aware of certain things. I really don’t enjoy talking as much as I do enjoy listening, but I can talk my head off about something I have a strong passion for. I have learned how I am a straight-to-the-point type of guy and can come off as having a bland personality at times…especially now with very little to no energy in spur moments throughout the day. I am not perfect. I have my flaws, but with awareness you can smooth out the edges.

Fasting Journey – Day 2

June 20th, 2017 – Day 2

Yesterday, I went to sleep with a minor headache. This morning, I woke up feeling great. Though, if I had the extra time to sleep, trust and believe I would. I went to bed around 9:34pm, but didn’t actually sleep until after 10pm. Through the night, sometimes my daughter will call out to use the bathroom. Fasting Journey – Day 1

For my Summer Fast and Detox I will be drinking naturally sourced spring water in glass bottles, Young Thai Coconut water, Unsweetened Herbal Teas, and consumption of Bromide Powder (mixture of sea moss and bladder wrack) for minerals. The goal is to fast for a minimum of 3 days, but I will continue to prosper throughout the journey as long as I can.

Do it together Sebian Fast

From June 19th – July 3rd (or longer if I am able), I will be participating in a group fast. The group consists of members from the ‘Dr Sebi Information – UK and Europe’ group. Although, I’m not from the UK/Europe area, the group provides such good information that I had to join.

Choose your own length: 3-day, 5-day, 7-day, 10-day, 14-day, 30-days.

Choose your own fast: DRY FASTING, LIQUID FASTING, JUICE FASTING, PARTIAL FASTING, INTERMITTENT FASTING.

Feel free to do a google search on those types of fasting to see what suits you best. For myself personally, I will adventure in liquid fasting. Strictly drinking naturally sourced spring water,  young Thai coconut water, herbal teas, and bromide plus which is a mixture of sea moss and bladderwrack in powder form.
